The selection evaluated key segments across the semiconductor industrial chain, including equipment, materials, wafer fabrication, packaging and testing, together with chip design.This honor underscores the industry’s recognition of SEICHITECH’s persistent dedication to core technologies and its progress in commercializing innovative achievements.
Exhibiting under the theme “Together,test better”, SEICHITECH showcased its core products and solutions including memory test equipment, SoC test equipment, probe cards, and XR inspection equipment. The showcase highlighted the Company’s test and inspection capabilities for cutting-edge technology industries, spanning from R&D validation to mass production.
As AI accelerates the evolution of the semiconductor industry, testing is moving upstream from traditional mass-production validation into early-stage R&D. This shift places higher demands on test equipment companies` regarding technological depth, engineering conversion efficiency, and supply chain collaboration. To address these evolving industry requirements,SEICHITECH has announced a strategic investment plan of nearly RMB 3 billion earlier this year to scale up its R&D and industrialization investment.
