Programmable Signal Generator for Module Aging
Used for module testing at both high and room temperatures, the MDL aging PG outputs continuous, stable full-screen or cycling test signals (e.g., solid color, checkerboard, rolling stripes). These signals are applied to modules over extended periods to accelerate the exposure of potential reliability issues — such as cold solder joints and early component failure.

Product
Features
1. Supports MIPI, eDP, LVDS, SPI, and other signals
2. Supports MIPI DSI V2.0. D-PHY provides 8-lane outputs, up to 1.5G/lane; C-PHY provides 6-trio outputs, up to 3.42Gbps/trio
3. Supports eDP V1.4 at 8.1/5.4/2.7/1.62 Gbps per lane
4. Timing, power, pattern, register read/write, and other functions can be scripted via PC software, which is easy to use
5. Test patterns can be switched automatically or manually. Switching time can be controlled and locked down to the second. The sequence is editable
6. Multiple PGs can form a local area network controlled by a single PC
7. Exchanges data with the main equipment and CIM systems
8. Peripheral interfaces: Ethernet, TF, RS485, and RS232 for centralized factory management
9. Highly integrated and compact
10. Supports OVP/OCP/UVP/UCP functions for power channels
11. Large memory capacity allows multiple recipe and pattern groups to be downloaded from the host computer
